This plugin syncs ALL of the data from Shopify and Bigin in both directions without giving users the ability to segment or filter their customers, products, or deals. That may be fine for some use cases, but because we use Bigin to manage only our B2B relationships, the result was that this plugin dumped a ton of useless DTC sales data into our B2B pipeline, and our B2B customers ended up in Shopify, passing through DTC workflows and marketing campaigns intended for consumers. In short, it made an absolute mess of everything. Basic, clumsy, unhelpful. Very disappointing, considering this one was developed by Zoho.
This extension is currently made to sync and import all data across both platforms to satisfy the requirements and preferences of the majority of customers. However, your unique feedback will be submitted to the product management team for them to validate by analyzing the feasibility and implement it down the line. For what it's worth, I have the same need as Brent because we too use BIGIN to manage only our B2B relationships. Once there is an ability to segment or filter which data gets shared between BIGIN and SHOPIFY, I will try this integration.
